About This Course
This course defines the concepts of happiness and wellbeing, identifies different ways they are manifested, and provides strategies to increase your happiness and wellbeing. Along the way, we consider the important balance of both mental and physical wellbeing. Finally, the course examines community wellbeing and explores ways to build awareness around happiness and wellbeing within your community and make a positive impact in the lives of others.
While not required, students may find it useful to complete Career Planning 101 and the other courses in the Personal Development series prior to taking this course.
